Nordheim Court Student Priority System* Priority 1: Current Nordheim Court residents who renew a lease using the 2010 Lease Renewals Form by April 12, 2010. Current residents who wish to sign a new lease but whose roommates will be moving will have the option of finding additional roommates on their own. Students who do not wish to do so will be assigned roommates by our office. Priority 2: Current Housing and Food Services (HFS) residents who complete the HFS Single-Student Housing Application by April 15, 2010. After completing the HFS Single-Student Housing Application, the residents will be emailed an online apartment selection time on April 19, 2010. The Nordheim Court Lease Signing Event will occur on May 4, 2010 from 3:30pm - 7pm at Lander 134 Priority 3: Undergraduate and Professional students not currently living in UW residences halls or Stevens Court. Priority 4: Graduate and Professional students.
