Once your Application is approved, we will offer you an available apartment based on the priority system. Please view the Move in Schedule 2010 (updated 7/7/10) and our helpful tips for move in to see what date you will be able to move into your apartment and how to prepare for the big move. Please join us to a WELCOME BBQ on TBA to get to know your neighbors. . On move-in day you will need to set aside approximately 20 minutes in order to go through lease paperwork. You will also need to bring a check or money order for your first month's rent and an additional $200* refundable security deposit.
